At Bloom Women’s Wellness, we truly understand that the rising cost of living can be a challenge, and we are sensitive to the financial pressures many of our patients face. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional care, and to do that, we have structured our fees to reflect the quality of services and the personalised support you receive. These fees also help cover the extra time and attention our doctors provide, including ongoing advice and messaging to guide you through your wellness journey. While we know that paying for healthcare can be a financial strain at times, we believe it is a meaningful investment in your long-term health and well-being. We are committed to being transparent about our fees, but please note that due to inflation and adjustments in Medicare rebates, prices may change from time to time. Please note our Mirena fees will vary depending on time spent. This will be discussed in your initial appointment with the Doctor. All initial booking for procedures will require a deposit to secure booking. Important Information About Fees and Appointments
At Bloom Women’s Wellness Clinic, we recognize the financial pressures that come with rising living costs. To continue delivering the high-quality, specialised care that you deserve, we must set our fees accordingly. Investing in your health is a vital decision, and we are committed to ensuring that this investment is both valuable and rewarding.
Transparent Fees
We strive to be open about our fees, but please be aware that inflation and changes in Medicare rebates may lead to adjustments. We will keep you informed of any changes to our pricing as they occur.
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. This enables us to offer your slot to another patient who may be on our waiting list.
Cancellation Policy
We send helpful reminders via SMS one week and again 48 hours before your appointment to help you stay on track. We know life can get busy, and we all experience those moments of brain fog, but we kindly ask that you make every effort to remember your appointment time. If, for any reason, you’re unable to attend your appointment at Bloom Women’s Wellness, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible, so we can offer your spot to someone who may be waiting for an appointment.
- If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the original appointment cost will apply.
- If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full appointment fee (100%) will be charged, and this will need to be paid before booking any future appointments.
We know that unexpected things can happen, and we always strive to be understanding and accommodating. If you find yourself in a situation where an exception to the cancellation policy might be necessary, please don’t hesitate to contact our reception team. We will do our best to support you and can make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
